So tasty and so easy! Great weeknight meal or weekend treat. I used double the amount of chicken (4 thighs) and added a few green beans. Wonderful flavours. My picky first child (aka my husband) always has 2nd’s of your recipes. Will make this many times. Thank you 🙂

In reply to Mark. So happy to hear you like the recipe and thanks for leaving a positive review! I usually don't add cornstarch to my chow mein sauce since the noodles usually absorb all the liquid. But yeah, you can definitely add a bit cornstarch to thicken the sauce.

Oh my. I cannot quit making Ms. Zhu’s recipies! My wife, who does not like Chinese food had two servings. Tastes more healthy than Chinese restaurants. Think the sauce could’ve used a little cornstarch. Please try all of these many wonderful recipes.!!

Loved this recipe – thank you! So simple and delicious, and came together in 20 min!! I added a pinch of MSG to the sauce, and finished with a drizzle of sweet soy. Super adaptable too to whatever veg you have on hand.
