Delicious! I used ground pork and fresh Lanzhou noodles; only substitution was ground ginger for fresh because I was wrong about having some fresh in the fridge. I’ve never steamed noodles before, it worked pretty well, took about 12-13 minutes. This will be going into the dinner rotation!
