Great recipe……might I suggest “scoring” the skin in a cross hatch before cooking with a very sharp knife. Make sure to just slice the skin…..you don’t want to cut into the flesh of the salmon.

Just had to come back a few years later and tell you that this is still my favorite salmon ‘go-to’ dish. I usually just place the salmon on top of fresh spinach and put the sauce all over the salmon and spinach, which wilts beautifully. Thank you for inventing one of my favorite recipes of all time.
